Alutiiq Museum Video

Several years ago, before the popular emergence of Internet video, I would present a chart to describe the potential scope and landscape of Internet video. Included on the chart were major media companies such as NetFlix, movie studios, broadcast networks, and media libraries. Also included was the Alutiiq Museum in order to point out that innumerable smaller organizations with interesting missions and charters would also benefit greatly from being able to provide their video on the Internet.

Agile overtakes Waterfall in 2008

Use of agile development methodologies has overtaken traditional waterfall methodologies. Does the drive to innovate lead to a drive to adopt agile processes, can you innovate without being agile? Though a lot of development appears still to use a waterfall methodology, is use of elements of waterfall processes simply obsolete?
